Returns & Exchanges

At Meyer Canada, we stand behind the quality of our cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid Canada Post shipping label to download and print.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely place the unused items in their original boxes and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
